Meet Kelsey Peterson
OWNER AND PRINCIPAL DESIGNER
Creative director and a client-facing, hands-on problem-solver
Kelsey Peterson may know how to reveal a home’s full potential, but her journey to get here started with her unlocking her own personal potential. After high school, Kelsey took a year before starting college to explore her options and discover her interests—arts and crafts, fashion, design—she wanted to be sure of what to commit to before making any big decision
Kelsey’s path would ultimately lead her to Parsons School of Design, where she would graduate with a Bachelor of Design degree in Architecture and Interior Design. Even though she originally applied to be a fashion major, it was her mentor who told her that her real strengths lay in architecture and the perspective and problem-solving nature she brought to interior design.
She reapplied to be in the architecture program, and the rest is history. Today, Kelsey is a well-known Westchester interior designer, and she takes everything that she’s learned about different design mediums to create elevated spaces that are uniquely curated and well-executed for her clients in Westchester County, New York City, and beyond.
When she’s not designing
Kelsey’s either volunteering her time with the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) or spending quality time with her husband, son Henry, and daughter Edie. Whether they’re traveling somewhere fun or exploring what New York has to offer, you’ll usually find them outdoors—and you’ll usually find Kelsey either listening to an audiobook alongside her favorite green tea or with a tennis racket, pickleball paddle, or yoga mat in tow!
